#HealthyHabits is a project of 12 months focused on developing healthy habits and attitudes for sustainable self-development of young people. It is a project that will unite a total of 96 participants from 6 European countries: UK, Romania, Greece, Lithuania, Poland and Croatia in 3 youth exchanges in 2018, all taking place in London, United Kingdom and Seven Sisters, South England.
Established by the Council of Europe, the European Youth Foundation supports activities, research, materials and documentation in line with Council of Europe values and work. Generally the activities must take place in one or more of the EYF’s member states.

The European Cultural Fund supports the mobility of emerging artists and cultural workers - between EU and neighbouring countries - in cross-border projects through the STEP Beyond Travel Grants.
This is an ongoing grants scheme.
UK-German Connection is a bilateral government initiative for school and youth links. It was established in 2005 and is funded and governed by the UK and German governments, British Council and the Pädagogischer Austauschdienst.
UK-German Connection activities are open to the primary, secondary and FE sectors and focus on cross-curricular, thematic involvement.
