Eurodesk and the European Youth Information and Counselling Agency (ERYICA) have joined forces to provide the youth information sector with guidelines and background on greening their services and supporting young people in their environmental ambitions.
The ‘Greening Youth Information Services’ guide explores the role of youth information work in the context of the climate emergency, and provides tips and good practice to design and offer greener youth information services. To support implementation, there are examples for youth information services on how to inform, engage and empower young people in environmental sustainability.
The publication is complemented with policy recommendations, examples of non-formal education activities and a green glossary.
